Standard tuition is billed to your franchisee statement or included as part of your Integration Fee. Your tuition for this certification is dependent upon your Franchise Agreement and your brand's standards. Please refer to your Franchisee Agreement for a list of training fees.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations within seven (7) days of your program's start date will incur a $1,500.00 USD cancellation fee and no-shows will incur a $2,150.00 USD no-show fee.
Yes, you are responsible for your own travel arrangements, including airfare, hotel and transportation. Once you register you will receive an email with details about the programme so you can make travel arrangements. It is highly recommended that you stay at the host hotel for the full duration of the programme.
You will receive information about your personalized Prerequisite Assignment after registering. Completing your assignment is the single most important part of preparing and will equip you to participate in a meaningful way and successfully complete the programme.
In addition to completing your assignment, you will also receive information regarding additional materials you should bring with you (passwords, printouts, etc.).
